Currently fostering a level of excellence with his technical enhancing and management expertise to deliver high-quality, well planned effective solutions that meet and exceed expectations in brooding, rearing, and layers units with ≤ 2% – 4% mortality, >85% uniformity and ≥ 96% livability to 17 weeks and will undoubtedly guide the business to higher profitability levels to strengthen County Choice farms strategy to establish a strong presence within and outside this region; current farm capacity of over 180,000 layers units, 80,000 brooding capacity and 75,000 rearing capacity.
