Ifeakachukwu Andrew Josiah Osoyibo holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration & Management at Distinction level from Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi ukwu. He is a management Practitioner whose wealth of Experience cut across various sector of the Economy,he is an Associate Member of Chattered Institute of Human Resource Management (ACIHRM), Certified Personnel Manager (CPM).
He began his career in the year 2016 where he served in the position of an Assistant Lecturer in the department of Business Administration & Management at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Ondo state during his service year.
Prior to his tertiary Education, he worked as a production Operative at Bio-organic Nutrients System as well as ND industrial trainee experience (2008-2010 & 2013) respectively.
In completion of his service Program(NYSC) He was Employed as a Class Teacher at Champion & Noble school Ogume (2017-2018),
A Cashier at Quick money venture Ogume, Delta State(2018- 2019)
He joined county Choice farms Ltd in the year 2019 as Store officer,
By late 2019 he was promoted to a cashier,
In early 2020 He rose to the position of Human Resource Officer of the County Choice farms Ltd by God divine Providence where he function till date.
He had so many Academic award & achievement to his belt,these include;
Chuks Ochonogor Scholarship Award (2007),
Best Graduating Student of the department of Business Administration & Management (OND class of 2012),
Best Graduating Student of the department of Business Administration (HND 2015).
School of Business Studies Best graduating student (HND 2015).
Best Graduating Student in the Polytechnic (HND 2015)
In the past 2 years(2022-2023),he equally achieved a milestone of staff retention rate of 85% and employee turnover rate of 15%.
He is goal driven, result oriented and pragmatic individual who is ready to learn and improve his frontier of Knowledge & skill as well as impacting positively towards the attainment of organizational objectives.
