Osoyibo Ifeakachukwu Andrew is a seasoned Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in business administration and management. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration & Management from Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi Ukwu, where he graduated with distinction.
He has proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs that drive organizational success, skilled in recruiting and onboarding top talent to meet business needs, experienced in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management, and knowledgeable in business administration with a strong background in management and operations.
Currently, he serves as a Human Resource Officer at County Choice Farms Ltd, where he has developed and implemented HR policies and programs to drive organizational success and achieved a staff retention rate of 85% and employee turnover rate of 15% within a 2-year period (2022-2023). Previously, he worked as a Cashier at Quick Money Venture Ogume, Delta State, Store Officer at County Choice Farms Ltd, and Assistant Lecturer at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic Ondo State during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Osoyibo is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (ACIHRM) and a Certified Personnel Manager (CPM). He was recognized as the Best Graduating Student in the Department of Business Administration & Management (both OND and HND), Best Graduating Student of Delta State Polytechnic Ogwashi-Ukwu (HND, 2015), and received the Chuks Ochonogor Scholarship Award in 2007. Recently, he was honored as the Staff of the Year 2024, a testament to his exceptional dedication and contributions to his organization.
