Osoyibo Ifeakachukwu Andrew (ACIHRM, CPM) is a dedicated and results-driven HR professional with over 9 years of experience in HR and business management, combining academic excellence with practical experience in education, customer service, operations, and HR. He leads recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and performance management at County Choice Farms, contributing to workforce planning, HR policy development, and employee engagement, with a proven track record in staff retention, talent acquisition, and HR strategy implementation.

His key experience includes roles as HR Manager, Feed mill Store Officer, Customer Attendant, and Teacher. He holds an HND in Business Administration (at Distinction level) from delta state polytechnic in 2015, and became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (ACIHRM) and a Certified Personnel Manager (CPM) in 2021.

Prior to being the Head of HR at county choice farms; he worked as production operative at Bio organic nutrient system ltd from 2008-2010, served as Assistant lecturer in the dept. of business Administration at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic from 2016-2017 during his NYSC service year, class teacher at champions & Noble school from 2017-2018, Cash handler/attendant at Quick money venture from 2018-2019, at Early 2019 he joined County choice Farms as feed mill store officer where he functioned till his promotion as HR officer in early 2020

He is currently the head of Human Resources Department at County choice farms where he leverages core competencies in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR policy formulation, compensation, operational support, and customer relations to drive effective employee lifecycle management, achieving an 85% staff retention rate and managing a 15% turnover rate.
